1. The service

FieldForms is a form-building and offline data-capture platform. By registering an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Trial & subscription

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full features. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed via PayFast in South African Rand (ZAR), monthly or annually, and may be cancelled at any time from your billing settings.

3. Your data

You own the data your organisation submits through FieldForms. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use FieldForms to collect data unlawfully, to store content that infringes on others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

5. Mobile app

The FieldForms mobile app requests device permissions (camera, location, storage) only as needed to capture form data your organisation has configured (photos, GPS, signatures). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FieldForms after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
