FieldForms was built for South African businesses that still run on paper — job cards, inspection sheets, delivery notes, safety checklists — and want to move to a mobile app without hiring developers or paying international SaaS prices in USD.

International tools built for the offline field-data-capture market typically charge $20–28 per user per month, with a five-user minimum — roughly R1,800–R2,600 a month before you've captured a single form. We built FieldForms to offer the same capability — a web-based form builder, true offline capture, branded PDF output, and integrations with the systems you already use — at ZAR-denominated pricing, with local support and PayFast payments.
